It’s easy to continue to minimize, discount and rationalize a loss.
But left unexamined and without appropriate avenues for expression.
These feelings of loss grow into emotional time bombs.
That can become extremely hurtful.
Where there is a loss, there will be tears. Where there is a loss, there will be anger.
Be willing to show your feelings.
Feelings don’t go away.
Repressed feelings only serve to distract you from your real self.
You must speak to the sadness, the anger, the fears.
That you never had an opportunity to own, express and grieve.
