(Don’t) Hold Back Your (Happiness)

It’s important to know that happiness is not a goal it’s a by-product.

It might be a life well lived or from an activity well done, but it’s always a by-product.

I have come to realize it’s what I do every day I find that reason to be happy or not, so in whatever you’re into now.

You need to believe what you’re doing count or convince yourself so because it does when you can’t believe what you’re doing to be important.

It might come as a challenge to keep your focus, and you might become less appreciative of your effort, but you need to know.

It’s not in pursuit of happiness that we find fulfillment; it is the happiness of pursuit.
–Dennis Waitley
