But you can never go back. You may not have signed up for a hero’s journey. But hurt happens. It happens to all of us. The second you fell down, get your butt kicked, suffered a disappointment, screwed up, or felt your heart-break. It started. The only decision you get to make is what role you’ll play.
Do you want to write the story or do you want to hand that power to someone else?
Who encourage one another, answer questions, share ideas, solve problems — together: for each other and with each other.
Inside Heal, you’ll learn to accept it’s truly possible for you to be imperfect and still be lovable; make mistakes and still be forgiven; and feel and express your feelings openly, honestly, and safely.
For five years. I’ve been and I’m still working with vulnerable, and truthful people from all over the world. To publish more than 7800+ personal stories. I’ve been fortunate to rework, learn, and rethink some of the things I thought that's how they were. It’s safe to say I’ve got a good grasp on what works and what will just waste your time.
Now I’d like to take you behind the scenes for a closer look and a deeper education. One that will pull back the curtain on the topics, tactics, and strategies that don’t show up in public blog posts.
And I’m here to help you: Become your best self. Create a life you love and enjoy. Become more productive and efficient in your work. Keep yourself motivated and inspired. Achieve your life desires in easy, enjoyable way.

I have just become aware of this effort of yours which I believe to be outstanding and I applaud you in your journey to aid all of us to embrace our humanity... And to live lives that are truly free by letting go of the burdens often created by our world, while choosing instead to put our primary focus on helping both ourselves and each-other take hold of the hope and love surrounding us that ultimately should be for each one of us, our only true reality, throughout times of sadness and joy, and all that comes in between.
(At least, although I realize perhaps I have oversimplified, nonetheless, what I interpret to be your very positive and powerful goal.)

I was brought up by a strict Mother who could not show her love. My Dad was the best dad anyone would love to have. I was the middle child, my brother was the eldest and the only boy I had 7 sisters. I suffered a lot of anxiety as a child, panic attacks etc. I was hospitalized when I was forty years of age for endogenous depression. Since then I have read all the helpful books I could get my hand on. Making my own cassette tapes with affirmations. This all helped me to handle life in a more contented way. I do believe that you have to love yourself before you can love anybody else.
I could go on but I think I have painted the picture why I love reading positive material that you write. Thank you.

I just want to say an honest thank you for making people understand that in the end, everyone should just do what they love, despite the fact that it may sound funny, stupid or impossible. We have to make memories, challenge ourselves, do it now and just don't care about the negatives, think about the positives and move, never stopping in one place.

I value honesty. Transparency is such a hard device to portray through writing without sounding phony. Multiple times you have written about the challenges you are facing: behind on deadlines, challenged by the state of human interaction (and human inaction) and feeling scared that your work will not have the impact you are hoping for, among many others. You write with a focus on transparency and a direct intersection of my value for honesty. I appreciate your candor, your struggle, and your process. I am here to support your success.

I will turn 80 this month. Because my peers are now diminishing rapidly in number, I feel increasingly alone, but not lonely.I would like to convey a guiding principle to the many others whom I will never know, but who may find value in some thoughts that may be important to them as they aspire to the "good life". My participation in the heal membership offers an opportunity to confirm my knowledge of myself, as I strive to actualize the ideas of understanding, commitment, and doing based on truth and personal responsibility.
